Refund policy

Refund and Return Policy: 

Refunds and returns on custom orders are handled on a case by case basis, but the general policy is as follows: 

  1. Custom and Personalized orders are non-refundable once the product has been made. I will be in contact with you for final confirmation before I begin the project. 

  2. Any item that has not been personalized or custom made is eligible for a return and full refund for 14 days after delivery. The item must be returned unused and undamaged in order for a refund to be issued.
  3. If you have any issues with your order, please email me at ghaws@vintagevowsleatherworks with your order number, a description of the issues with your order, and the best time of day to contact you.
